If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund.

Conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand sometimes the size or style may not be perfect. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Conditions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Shipping fees for returns/exchanges (except for damaged items) are the customer’s responsibility.

Ship the product back to us in its original condition.

Once received and inspected, we will:

Ship your exchange item, OR

Process your refund (excluding shipping fees).

Note: Damaged items qualify for free return shipping, while size/style returns are customer-paid.
